AntiVirus Live created virus on my computer - created loop - forced to purchase software to get virus off for $69.95 Internet

This antivirus live came over the internet without notice.  Could not remove it, and was forced to purchase for $69.95 their antivirus live software.  Shut your computer down if this comes up.  Steer Clear of this company!    When I tried to contact them to get a refund, there was no legitimate email address or phone number.  Too bad this person or company can not find gainful employment instead of ripping off the public.  I would like to know how he sleeps at night.

this scam has been around for a long time. 

Do NOT send them any money.  If you don't know how to rid of it talk to a kid or reload it or have a pro get it working again.  It's a scam, pure and simple.
