My roommate purchased a $10 giftcard for me through itunes gifts on facebook.  The gift page on facebook says that I am to either click the redeem button "below" or enter the code "below" on the itunes store page.  However, there exists neither a redeem button nor a redemption code.  I went to the discussion page on the facebook itunes page and there are multiple complaints of the same problem.  I have even tried different browsers to see if this affects anything, and still there is no code or redeem button.

It's incredibly annoying.  Itunes gifts are small and not worth waiting for an hour on the phone for custom service.  That's why there should be a class-action lawsuit of some sort because I am sure apple realizes this.  A majority of the time the gift-giver will never find out and the gift-receiver isn't losing anything, so they get to avoid dealing with complaints and make some free cash.
