This is a followup to another victim of ApropoAuctions. This company, headed by Ben Anderson, reportedly has run ebay scams for several years.

I purchased an item from ApropoAuctions for over $200 and never received the goods. The contact person with Apropo was Terry Crowe, although I question whether this is a real name. I am checking out the bank where the check was cashed and contacting several entites in California to try to stop this creep from doing further damage.

This is an update on ApropoAuctions. This entity runs Ebay scams, including one I was a victim of. See my earlier report.

UPDATE: My check was cashed at Bank of America, Los Angeles. ApropoAuctions bank account number is 1851462687. As a private individual, I cannot get the bank to do anything. However, the bank will act if it hears from either Ebay or a law enforcement organization. Consequently, I have advised Ebay and the FBI, San Diego about this case and hopefully they are pursuing this matter.
