My wife ordered Oct. 9th, the site says all orders shipped within 24 -48 hours. We requested tracking # thru website several times.
After no response, I called Oct. 20th and left voicemail. Mary called later that day and apologized; said we would get shipping notification that day, and it would be delivered no later than Wed. Oct. 22nd.
On Oct. 22nd received a UPS ship notification, (paid for USPS Priority) The estimated ship date was Oct. 23; however, UPS has not recieved the package to date.
We started a dispute thru our credit card company, and filed a complaint with UPS, also filed a fraud complaint thru USPS. I sent an email to autolaptoplinkinc letting them know what we were doing and asking them to "contact me ASAP to correct this".
Sunday morning, Oct. 26, I recieved a phone call from Ray. He was not happy and called me stupid several times. He said he cancelled my order, and that "UPS made a mistake". I asked for a refund to the credit card, he said not until we send back the laptop stand.
Ray proceeded to tell me that his corporate attorneys would be handling this and he was going to get me for fraud.

Autolaptopstands.com & Policestands.com great company's with hard working people. We have been in business for over 5 years. We have sold over 20,000 laptop mounts. As you can see we have very few reports on this site. We understand that any bad reports are not good ,but no matter how hard you try some people just can not be satisfied no matter what you do.There are a lot of people in this world that will add a little to the story to make it sound better and some people leave out the important parts and foresure never tell honestly what happened from the other side of the story. Life is like a deck of cards: numbers cards negative & no's, face cards postive & yes's. It would be a lot better life if we had more face cards in life. Give us a chance and you will see we are a face card. Thank you for your time.

I read reply from vice-president. I did not see him even attempt to refute the complaint of non-delivery. You get the product out when you say you will, or you don't. This is your opportunity to be the kind of hearts.

I understand how important it is to have freedom of speech but it does harm a companies repor. because of dishonest people.
