B.I.G. ACF? ACS? B.I.G. loan ripoff and harassment, Internet

I took out a $200 loan in late 2007. B/c they debited my account too soon for one of the payments, I had to close the account. I tried to make payment arrangements, they would not accept money orders (months later after dozens of harassing calls at work they said they might, if they had, i would have been able to pay the loan off). I lost my job in Dec of '08 and have been unemployed since then. The last time i spoke to them (I never recieved a single record by mail) they said i owed $2000. I have not heard from anyone in about 2 years.

Today i got a call from a number which showed up as 000-000-0000. They left a message and said it was from ACS or ACF (couldn't understand the guy, never knew if i was talking to someone in India or what) and that there was a lawsuit filed against my SSN. I don't know if this is the same company. I never had an address or a direct number. I have been getting calls for over a year where from a number with my old area code-000-0000, where they leave messages without mentioning which company is calling. They would never tell me my account number or how it had grown to $2000. The numbers which show up on my phone are not numbers you can call back. Whoever i have spoken to has been horrible.
