I did not sign a contract with BDD, yet they expect me to pay for services NOT provided, services that I cannot use, and services that were falsely stated as required in order to sell on the internet legally. When contacted numerous times since October, 2009, they claim that there is a 3 day cancellation period. There was NO contract to be signed, nor was there any mention of the 3 day rule until AFTER the 3 days, and since their services were based upon enrollment and guaranteed success with IVY Capital ICI, and Fortune Learning Systems who did refund my money, they expect the customer to go ahead with a LLC, Corporate Credit and Tax "Specialists" when a business was never achieved with ICI/Ivy Capital and Fortune Learning Systems. They are very condescending, and blame the customer for not working hard enough, and "program abandonment". The program (business) was not abandon, because there never was a business, and that is why ICI/Ivy Capital and Fortune Learning Systems refunded my money!!!  Even if I had signed something with BDD, they did not provide corporate credit within the 6 month guarantee (that was also blamed on me). This is a very deceptive company, and they make provisions for themselves to make the customer feel trapped into continuing. Fraud is a very good term to use here, because not only did they lie by omission, they also refuse to take responsibility for not telling customers about what they really do with your money. Changing their names every so often makes it almost impossible to research them adequately, and customers do not have an opportunity to make an informed decision about whether to believe them or not, and they are VERY convincing!
