Aba's Leather Jackets dba Be Seen, Inc. is a dissolved Florida corporation. It is not authorized to conduct business in Florida. Check for yourself with the Florida Dept. of State, Division of Corporations. Be Seen, Inc. was dissolved in May 2007 for failure to file an Annual Report.

Aba's website misrepresented a leather jacket, XPM204-DTCZ, as having foam memory armor, zippered venting and a mesh liner. None of these are the case. Aba's refuses to refund my money and shipping/postage costs for a jacket I would never have ordered if Aba's had correctly represented its features on its website.

Other consumers on this site who have been ripped off by Aba's should contact the Florida Dept of State about putting Aba's out of business and punishing its officers and agents, Linda M. Manzi and Carmella A. Manzi for doing business in Florida with a dissolved corporation and misrepresenting goods over the internet.
