I did not click on their link that says "Renew" but today my PayPal was charged $49.99 for another 3-month membership, which should have expired on 10/7 NOT 10/6, which I did not authorize. Of note is they are based in Florida, so "time zone" differences can't be used as a defense of ripping you off of a day of "subscription."

After contacting them they give you the cookie-cutter response that it is listed under the TOS/FAQs (oh, yes, consumers go back to check ALL the vendors they do business with to reread the fine print -- that's after we all tend to real, everyday life things we have to remember). Then they also tell me since I reported this to PayPal they won't address the issue with a tone of chastising me for following my rights to protect my $$$.

To be more upfront and legitimate as all the other companies I do business with online, they easily and should have a notice at the consumer's log-in page, which states when your subscription is to expire yet they don't.

They "claim" they sent an email stating it was to expire soon and that you had to "cancel" the "subscription" before the expiration date. I DID NOT receive such notice and can prove it as I use MailWasher which keeps a log of all my incoming emails.

Then they write back claiming they are not refunding my money, yet today I still don't have access to the account that was now forced on me but I was charged for it. I'm sure I'll be ripped off by a few days of "use" too for my "paid" subscription.

BEWARE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION POLICY and refusal to refund monies under any circumstance.
