I was looking at my bank card statement and noticed a charge from today of 14.95 from a company called easy server. I knew that I did not shop at a store called that so I looked it up online. Then it was brought to my knowledge that this is a company linked with Proflowers, many people said they have been getting charged since they ordered from there. I then went to look at my statements going back to when I ordered from Proflowers for mothers day in May and sure enough there was a charge of 14.95 every month from May 2009 until now January 2010. I was so upset that I did not notice this sooner and cancel my card, which will cost another $25. I did not accept a coupon from this company or give them my debit card information which can only mean that Proflowers shared my information which is so wrong. I want this to stop and I want my money back.

Thank you for your response Caroline, I was able to get all 9 payments credited back to my card after speaking to a representative of Encore Marketing. I encourage everyone to do the same, call Encore Marketing/ Easy Saver at:
1-800-262-6199 and ask for a refund of the false charges.
