Hello Mitin (If that is your real name),
I have been reading a few reports by others about CCAvenue on this website. While one of them was kind enough to post his actual problem, its very difficult to post reasonable answers when details of a problem are not available.
Also there is no place called charch Gate , Kansas in India.
Your problem most probably was because you dealt with a Merchant specializing in Internet Fraud. Also, if CCAvenue did not pay your merchant, you can always recover your money by doing a charge back. You are protected by your bank.
Its unfortunate that internet scam merchants are making live difficult for genuine companies out there. I really hope that Cyber Laws in India are able to deal with such scum merchants.
As for CCAvenue, the company is genuine and honest. Spare some time and look at their client list. Many government agencies and charities also work with them. I personally know many of their merchants and have not heard any service related complaints. The things you allege over here seem completely baseless.
Its wrong on your part to slander them over here.. without checking the credentials of the merchant you dealt with.
