CD2U - Cigarettes Direct To You Israel Chavez I placed an order for cigarettes and never received the product or a refund. I did send them the letter and information requesting a refund,it has been a month and I haven't heard anything from them Louisville, Kentucky

I ordered cigarettes from this company and never received them.  I had also returned a prior wrong order and did not receive my money back on that either.  they scammed me for $290.00.  I mailed them the letter indicated on the website requesting a refund and it has been a month and I haven't heard a word from them.  Does anyone really know what happened to this company and are they now doing business as another online cigarette company?  When I did a Google search for CD2U, it came up with another DBA name.
