CIC The name is false advertising! CountryWide Internet

So I...like a fool, figure that 'Free'creditreport.com was a FREE service. I never read the disclaimer on the main screen, b/c frankly the main screen was so busy I just hit the "Get Your Now" button and was on my way to monthly fees of $12.95. I loved that when I called them to complain, I was told by customer service that when I accepted the terms and conditions, which I thought was acceptance of my free report, that I asked for this Triple Advantage Service. I even got an email the day the first charge was set to my account. It never stated that this charge was taking effect.

I realize that I probably looked over several statements listing the charge. I however, find the name of the website to be misleading. At the same time, I did not appreciate the way customer service acted and feel that Experian (owners of freecreditreport.com) is taking advantage of those who aren't aware that printing your report should only be done through annualcreditreport.com.
