Classiccloseouts.com $69.99 charge to my credit card on order I didn't make Internet

I appears there have been a lot of reports of this exact same thing happening. We were charged on July 4th for $69.99 on www.classiccloseouts.com. I cancelled my credit card and challenged the charge. I was almost ready to fly off the handle and accuse family members of stealing my information (we had had a family get together around the same time, and someone at the party could have gotten my information, I thought). Luckily, I went to ripoffreport.com and discovered there is clearly something very wrong with classiccloseouts.com. I noticed that someone had contacted the NY AG about this. I hope something is done about this. I'd like to hear from others if they have any other information about this fiasco. We had an account with classiccloseouts.com from about 3 years ago, but hadn't made a purchase since 2005 -- it is truly scary that something like this could happen.
