CPIPAY.com N Remedies - EMillionaire - CPIpay.com/n-remedies took money from my credit card without my permission. Internet

I responded to an ad for emillionaire where they asked for $1.95US. I was totally confused when I went into the site and decided that it was not for me. Not giving it anny more thought I left the site and forgot about the $1.95 US I paid.

I only found out about 4 weeks later that they have charged $47 US to my credit card. I called my bank and they investigated. Just as the money was refunded they charged about the same amount to my card. I now had to cancel my credit card and I hope that it will be refunded.
I did not know who CPIpay.com/n-remedies was. After a intensive search I founded out that it was eMillionaire. I feel angry that they think they can do what they want. I just wished that there was more that we could do
