On 28 December, 2011, I ordered 2 computer parts for a total of $185.00. The site said in stock and generally next day shipping. The next day I got email thanking me for my order and stating they would send a tracking link when shipped.
On 13 January, 2012 I sent email inquiring about the link.
On 19 Jan I noticed the price had been lowered over $30 each unit, and I sent another email. Phone calls were not answered.
On 20 Jan 2012 I sent a more detailed email outlining order date, price, email I received regarding tracking info forthcoming, etc. I asked them to contact me by email or phone.
That day I received email stating the products were sent 17 Jan 2012.
On 30 Jan I received email stating the product was defective and that is why they had cancelled my order. Minutes later I received the exact same email from them.
The products ( 2 brand new Seagate Hard Drives ) come factory-sealed in an anti-static mylar bag. A company would not have opened them or tested them AT ALL.
On 6 February I sent email to inform the company that the products I ordered were for the Education Department at the State of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and that soon I would be required to report the transaction to the Office of Risk Management.
Now it is 10 February and I have received no response from the company or had my method of payment credited.
cpupartsdeal.com and Sirajul Hoque are a scam. I hope Sirajul is having a good time spending the money he has defrauded customers out of, because when he is tracked down he will be braiding Bubba's hair in a 2-man cell for quite a while!
Interstate Fraud is a serious crime, and it is folly to defraud a State Government Office.
