Cybertech Internet Solutions aka Primal Ventures et al (Cybertech - Primal) who appears to have many alias have for more than 7 years unlawfully abused the arts of Hajime Sorayama to promote their business interests while working with another art fraudster group, Tamara Bane Gallery who is owned by Tamara Feuer - Bane and Robert S. Bane whose interests transferred dozens of 84 Sorayama art images to Cybertech - Primals' website(s).  Cybertech - Primal made unlawful internet usage of these Sorayama images to advertise, associated themselves with Sorayama arts/name and when this internet piracy  was discovered, it was reported to the police should you need those contacts.  Simply post here or have RIPoff reports send us an email request and we will furnish the police contacts.

Also, for any potential civil court complaint aspects,  you may note this report and info we provide. It would be most effective in any civil suit to request certain assets that we can detail to you.  This way would effectuate your being refunded your monies and any punitive or other damages that court may rule upon. Piracy on the internet of Sorayama arts did damage as one of the largest pin-up genre art frauds in history by a gallery and publisher calculated fraud that is still delayed for over 5 years in the federal courts as the defendants'/debtors' lawyers do their thing.  It is a waste of taxpayer money, abuse of the courts and crime that weakens a flourishing society,

I will try to provide an image of the website sample (Below) including 1 of the dozens of purloined Sorayama arts and name that were part of transfers from Tamara Bane Gallery to Cybertech - Primal from about years 2004 to Jan. 2010.  After the police report the images disappeared from the websites starting about Feb 2010 but there has been no attempt by Cybertech - Primal nor Tamara Bane Gallery to pay for these damages nor address them in any way.

The person making this complaint is a total psychopath nut case. We called the local police authorities where she first initiated the complaint and we informed them that we had to have her account terminated because she was calling repeatedly, threatening people in our office with violence and to blow up our facility and kill our workers over a 2,500 web site fee. Interestingly enough we do not even take on small business of this nature as handling her account was a favor for an old friend of the company. We went out of our way and did the site for very cheap almost free. All services as per our written agreement and the web site promised her was provided in a professional and timely manner and 100% functional. This information and the site web address was disclosed to the local authorities whom investigated and validated our claims and soon after closed the investigation almost immediately. Interestingly she had threatened and began screaming at the police as well and had done the same thing with other web companies both before and after us. This erratic behavior and links to our work provided her is validation of our position in regards to this matter. Furthermore this person has no computer skills what so ever and should have never been involved in trying to build a internet presence of this nature where customer oriented updates and regular involvement in the form of site maintenance were required. She had no ability to update the site because of her deficiencies and she became enraged and unreasonable.

 

Keep in mind we have been in the business of providing internet services for over 15 years and have done so successfully for hundreds of both large and medium sized businesses. In all of that time we have never had complaints of this nature from anyone else we have worked with.
