Based on what you've written, it appears you just unknowingly signed up for the Cylon LLC cell phone scam where you give them your cell phone number (in your case, for some gaming information), and they add $9.99/mo to your cell phone bill for nothing.

Check your February bill... I bet it's on there. Enter Cylon into rip-off-report (or google, for that matter), and you will find hundreds, if not thousands, of people they are ripping off and it seems not even ATT or T-Moble, who gladly collect these fees for them and deal with the irate customer calls.
