Downloadnova.com, Megadownloadpass.com, Heather Internet Fraud, Miscellaneous Companies Internet

I wanted to legally download a movie and so I found the movie listed on DOWNLOADNOVA.COM. I followed the links to sign up for an account and it was supposed to be $4.87 for three (3) days of downloads. After the transaction was completed the confirmation page says "SIGNUP SUCCESSFUL, only the website is now listed as "megadownloadpass.com" When I go to this megadownloadpass.com it is a pornography site. I was NOT attempting to download or sign up for ANY porn access! It gives a setup username, password and subscriber id. I attempt to sign into downloadnova.com to download the movie and it is not there! They list multiple versions of this film but it is NOT available by either direct download or torrent. There is no contact information on the website except a contact customer service link. When I called my bank, I am told that the charge is pending for a company called HEATHER and they give me the telephone number associated with the transaction. I call the number and the call is automatically dropped. On the Internet I now find complaints listing this "DOWNLOADNOVA.COM" as a scam website which is a portal to pornography websites, which charge your card after the "downloadnova.com" transaction. I call back to my bank to cancel my Debit card and they assure me that no further transactions are possible. I cannot dispute the charge until it actually posts to the account.
