I ordered a tape from this company that was supposed to be free, but you still had to pay shipping and handling. I noticed on my credit card statement a charge of 59.95 2 months in a row and now my credit card account is suspended. I have been trying to contact this company to request that they cancel my order (which I still have not received yet)and refund my money.

Dr Auction Monster says they will credit my account

After Hearing that they had been reported, DR Auction Monster has said that they will refund my credit card, which will take 3-5 business days.

Don't waste your time trying to contact this company...

First, you need to contact your credit card and do what is called a "charge-back" for both of these items...you should get all your money back.

Also, you need to have the card canceled and re-issued under a new number..
