EMove Company is advertizing fraudulent services through their website damaging reputation of our business Phoenix Arizona

We own a small moving company called Speedy Movers, Inc. which is registered and based in Brooklyn, NY. We have been contacted by two unhappy customers who have reported that they scheduled a move with us but we did not show up. After checking our records, we noticed that these people never actually planned their move with us. They have shared with me that they found "our company" through www.emove.com website. Needless to say that I was very surprised to hear about this as my company has no association or business with www.emove.com.

We invest thousands of dollars per month on advertising, building our company name and reputation whereas some unknown person is ruining it. It takes one bad move to get bad reviews, which there are already on that site.

I have contacted EMove, Inc legal department (Mr. Tom TOllison) explaining the issue and requesting to remove "fake" while we are all investigating what is going on, but several days have gone by and noone is returning my messages or doing anything about it.

We have no way of finding out who the "fake" Speedy Movers on emoe.com are, as emove doesn't want to provide this company details. Please Help!

http://www.emove.com -> choose moving helpers ->enter NY zip codes (eg. 11215 start zip and 10003 end zip) ->see Speedy Movers, Inc (brooklyn, NY) displayed in the list.

That is not us and we have been registered in NY for over 10 years and those are not our tariffs.
