I am just shocked by what I relialized about Epinions.com today. I used Epinions as a reference and then purchased a treadmill online. The experience was terrible and I wanted to share my experience to save the next person from the same grief. I created a registration and then wrote a review. The review was then listed as "Don't Show" with absolutely no explanation. I took a lot of time to create the review and would have appreciated the information if I was a consumer. So I decided to try 3 other times. In one case the "advisors" noted my review as helpful. As a result, when I am signed in, my review appears to be shown. When I am not signed in, the review is no where to be found. Almost falsley making me believe it was posted when in fact it was NOT. What is up with this site?? Obviously it isn't from unbiased consumers if it is being CENSORED. I can't help but wonder how many others tried to share their negative experiences. Also, whether the treadmill company is somehow paying those who censor the reviews.

I decided to accuse those "advisors" from Epinions of Censorship. It elevated the attention of my Epinion notes which had been hidden but shown to me that it was being posted. As a result of my follow up notes (and the fact that I accused Epinions), I have now been locked out of my account completely and again nothing posted to be shared with the public. The public should be told what a scam Epinions is......
