My Verizon bill had a "special services" fee of $16 for "webhosting" and it gives this number for esbi / transcendent corp. When I called the lady on the phone immediately issued me a refund and cancelled the service. When I asked what it was, she said some BS about it being an 800 number for voicemail. What a scam! I hope they get shut down ASAP!!
