GamePal.com After Two Orders, have still not received my account or refund Belmont Michigan

I order an account from gamepal more then a year ago. After a few months they still did deliver the 'made 4 play' account. So I cancelled the order and they gave me a coupon for a new order. I then submitted a new order, but have yet to receive anything but the run around over the past few months.

All I want is the original order amount refunded to me, 179.99.
