getacheap360.com - Consolesforless.com they ripped me off, the took my money & never sent the product or issued a refund Internet

Facts: My son asked me to go to this website for a cheap 360, a refurbished model. I went to the site and ordered one up thinking how fabulous it was. My son sold some of his games and such to get this money, then he had a friend volunteer to pay half, they gave me the money to put in the bank, they are young and $34.99 is a lot of money for kids and even for me. They charged my account $34.99 on Aug 26 2008, the statement from my bank posted it was a debit from a website called consolesforless.com, listed a phone number of 404-474-7757, and GA I presume is for Georgia. I received the following email from them: from getacheap360.com "Your order number is: 1960394368 Thank you for your order.Order Receipt:Date: 08-25-2008 Order Status: Accepted(Xbox360refurb) Refurbished Xbox 360 System - $34.99 + free S/H

Grand Total $34.99 this email also included a reply to email that I have emailed several times and never get a response from these thieves. I have a legal plan through my job and I am going to make an appt to speak to a lawyer about this, as so many people have been ripped off something must be done. How dare people try and pull this, I know the phone number and the transaction number from my bank are all traceable. I hope I get some responses from others to get some satisfaction from these creeps. I am so angry about this I will not rest until it is resolved.
