I completed all work, professionally and on time. Never did I receive a payment. I called the office, twice actually. (At $2.50/minute!)

If you call the office, they will ask for your name and Customer Number, then will promise you an email within 2 days. They do not want to know what your problem is, nor do they really even want to talk to you.

There is no one who is helpful in their Live Chat Customer Support. They are rude beyond belief, and sign out of the session while you are typing.

I finally got fed up with it, and asked "Kathy" if I was asking the wrong questions. That seemed to get her attention for a minute. She asked what I meant. I said it seemed that I was being scammed and the next thing I knew, she had signed off chat.

When I went to log into the Forum where I posted my articles, I found that I had been banned forever. Coincidence? I think not.

They refused to even discuss the matter with me. When my attorney talked to them, they did respond to him. They still end chat on him, but they do answer a few questions first.

This is far from over for me, since my attorney is still working on the problem. I don't have much hope that they'll ever pay me, but I'll have the satisfaction of knowing that I helped bring them down, if we win.
