Global Replica - First China Express Ripped off by globalreplica.com Internet

I ordered a replica Breitling watch and at an extra cost, requested a Swiss movement option in it. (total cost of $540.00)

I ordered it from globalreplica.com because they advertised the best warranty and return/exchange policy of all the sites I looked at. 2-4 yr.warranty depending on the movement in the watch(Italian/Swiss)and 90 day return/exchange policy.

I received the wrong watch. I immediately called them at the phone number listed on their website and  got the "run around". All sorts of promises to resolve the problem but nothing happened to fix the issue. I was hung up on several times and frequently was put on hold with no one ever picking up the phone again. All my e-mails went unanswered.

I contacted shipping company(a major worldwide carrier)and had the package traced to its origin of First China Express in New York City. The shipper also gave me their complete address and phone number. I called the number and it was answered as Global Replica.

I continued to try and contact them for over a month with no positive results. 

Finally I gave up and decided to wear the watch and brought it to a acquaintance who has been a master watchmaker for 50 yrs. He adjusted the the watchband to fit my wrist. Also,I asked him to open the watch and see if it did have a Swiss movement that I paid extra for. Low and behold the movement was not Swiss but Chinese!!!

Since all of this B.S. I've gone to the New York City Better Business Bureau website and looked up Global Replica. There were 28 cases filed against them,most of which were for the same type of complaints.

I've come to realize that my money will not be retreived but I want to get the word out that these people are a bunch of fraudulent scumbags and should be avoided!!
