I have liked using green tea products in the past and when I saw $5.95 for a bottle I thought I would try. I returned the bottle after trying 3 times (it made my heart race too much and caused anxiety and nervousness. I returned the product with a cancelation letter the 3rd week of December 2008.

Jan 12, 2009 a charge of 74.95 appeared on my checking account.
A single bottle of pills was delivered to my home of which I wrote return to sender item not ordered.

I know that the debit card that I used expired 12/2008 because I have had to modify billing for several other businesses.

Feb 10, 2009 a 2nd charge of 74.95 was charged to our checking account; I have now had to cancel this debit card and have new one issued to avoid additional charges and have filled out a dispute with my bank requesting return of the 2 $74.95 charges and hopefully recoupe insufficient funds charges.

These unrequested and illegal charges to our account have cost my husband and I $265.90 {the 2 $74.95 charges + 4 $29.00 overdraft fee's (these were on small debit card purchases $5.54, 17.43, 12.01 and 22.34)} Had these 2 $74.95 charges not appeared we would have had the money in the acount.

I called the 866-519-5308 phone number and spoke to a billigerant "customer support person" Ray. He aid that the letter that I had sent with the return of products wan't sufficient because I needed to fill out dispute form. He said that he would e-mail w/in 24 hours and it has now been 72 and still have not recieved e-mail.

I would recommend to anyone concidering this product to NOT order. You can get much better quality green tea products from your local drug store or health food store. and for a much better price.
