I applied on line for to be an extra in the movies, with hollywood profiles after I signed on I called and asked questions about if you do not get call backs how long does it take to get refund they say 3 buisness days. So about almost 5 months I have been trying to get my refund they tell me it will be in my account within 7 days, call the following week went it dont happen they it will be mailed. So I have been gong through this for months they were able to put 16.95 in but that was months ago. Finally after all this they said I had 10 callbacks after I cancelled then they tell me I will not get a refund and that I cancelled the 20 day of november and I did not on the 23 of november they went into my account and took 3 times 16.95 and I did not owe them any money in return they owe me plus the fees of changing my account and the loss of work I have had to deal with.

My advice to you

The best thing to do is to change your account number. When a company is taking money from your account without your permission, change your account number with your bank and check card number or whichever one you have. Letting them take money out of your account is just showing them that they have the power. Also, ask them to give you a copy of companies that tried to get in contact with you, like mail the list to you so you can have proof. I hope all of this helps.
