Hollywood Profiles Stole money from my bank BUT I GOT IT BACK W. Hollywood California

I was using Career Builders.com to seek a new job and found an ad on the side of the page. It went to a ad for movie extras in our town, and for $1.95 they would send me an email list of upcoming jobs. I put in my bank card and the $1.95 charge showed up on my bank account. Ten days later another charge for $49.95 was withdrawn by the same group. I immediately called the phone # that appeared on my bank statement and Hollywood Profiles answered and I told the person that they had taken money out of my account and to return it...He informed me that I had signed a contract for 3 payments of $49.95 and I did not qualify for a refund.

After repeating myself several times, I took another track. I went online and filed a complaint with the California Attorney General, the Texas Attorney General and the FTC. Then went to my bank, signed the proper forms and the bank reversed the charges.

BEST OF ALL, I filed online a complaint with Career Builders.com about the above scam and my filed complaints. Within 24 hours, I received an email from Hollywood Profiles.com (via Pinnacle Information Services) stating they were returning my money and cancelling my contract (?). ......My advise...quit whining and file online complaints, especially with the carrier of the ad.....they don't want people to think they are in the scam business too.
