Hughes Net Sattillite Broadband Hughes New has cause physical pain and mental pain. I am handicapped and have spent so much time on technical support trying to make this work, but everything they say is a lie, nothing works as adve Chicago, Illinois

I have had hughes net for 4 months.  Since intallation nothing has worked properly.  I have spent many hours with techincal support they do not speak English well and are very hard to understand when they get upset they hang up you have to call back and start all over again sometimes it takes 3 to 4 call to handle the same problem.  I have had my computer checked out and there has been no problems with my computer.  I can not get mail and recieved a error stating it was the severs problem  I am now on the phone with hughes net trying to get my money back they won't  do it i am cancelling them  please contact me by mail please

About the only positive thing in your experience with Hughes Net

is they don't discriminate against you because you're handicapped, they provide the same poor level of service to ALL customers.  I'm guessing your motive for mentioning you're handicapped is to gain extra sympathy and support...get over it, ALL Hughes Net customers go through the same h**l.

Good luck with cancelling them, you WILL be billed high cancellation charges.

All in all they are a bad company to do business with.
