InetGiant ripoff Fraudulant unauthorized charges to my card twice per month I authorized one time charge of $24.99 on 4/28/07 canceled 5/1 due to false advertising They are now charging my card $39.90 per month fraudulantly Staten Island New York

This company offers opt-in email marketing cheap, so I took the bait ($24.99 for one month unlimited emails) After using the system two times (4/28/07 & 4/29/07) and seeing what a scam it was, I canceled my service according to their instructions on their terms & conditions (by emailing admin@inetgiant.com). I received a confirmation email from "Eddie" at InetGiant of my cancellation.

I thought all was good until two months later when they charged my card on 6/9 for $19.95 charges ($39.90). I called their 800 # relentlessly, emailed 23 times *and I have copies of them all*....tried their farce of an online chat on their website.

I received several emails from this Eddie telling me first he needed my order #, which I provided. He reconfirmed that the acct was canceled and tried to tell me the card was not being charged. I emailed him back tell him he was full of it, attaching a copy of my bank statement showing the charges. He then asked me for the card number. duh...like I will give anyone that by email. So I kindly told him to call me because I won't email my credit card # to anyone. We have now gone back and forth 17 times.

The bottom line is that this company is a scam. They steal credit card info. I have filed complaints with my bank, with the internet crime complaint department of the us government (www.ic3.gov). I don't know what else to do at this point. I know it doesnt seem like much, but we have 8 kids and this $80 is a lot to us.
