   I too was scammed by Intelius over a year ago and I also contacted them with no results and you will never get results from them. They really love fools like you and me.

    Contact the Washington State Attorney Generals Office, the address and phone are available on the Washington State website. Let them know what has happened between you and Intelius and you will most likely get your money back, and if your account has been overdrawn because of Intelius request those funds also.

   There are thousands of complaints against this fraudulent company and they need to be shut down, if everyone would contact the AG in Washington maybe they will finally do something, it has been going on for years.
