Intelius - IDProtect Unauthorized charges to my bank account, for service I did not request Internet

 I signed up for a supposed "one time fee of .95 cents for a person search.  Intelius, without authorization from me, began deducting 19.95 x 2 for a "service"  called ID PROTECT.  I attempted to contact them by phone, but they were closed.  I logged on to my fraudulent account to cancel ( 2/07/10).  The site accepted my cancellation.  However, the date would be 2/28/10.  So they could steal another 19.95 out of my bank account.  I will contact my bank on Monday to attempt to reverse these unauthorized charges.

If you select a promotional price on the Intelius website, you will also receive a free 7 day trial of Identity Protect.   After the 7 day trial, it will convert to a regular subscription and bill out at $19.95 monthly.

However, there’s no obligation.  If you determine within the 7 day trial that you no longer want Identity Protect, you can cancel your service anytime, online or over the phone with a customer support representative.
