Internet Income Initiative (also SafeguardID In Virginia Beach Virginia) Fraud and mispresentation. Stole money Las Vegas Nevada

After reading reports I find that I am not the only person to be victimized by this company. I did authorize them to charge me 3.88 as shipping and handling charges to have a CD mailed to my home. This was back in November. To date I still have not received the CD, but I have since received numerous charges from this company.

Then I have had the frustrating experience of speaking with their customer service department, all of whom need training on how to be a human being. (Especially Cameron who sleeps well at night in his nice home and travels a lot on the nice paycheck he receives for his job.) Apparently there are supervisors, but they do not speak to any of their customers. That is their policy.

To add insult to injury, I cancelled my account and got a confirmation number from Sophie back in December. But as of today I still have charges from them. Apparently there is another company going by the name of SafeguardID from Virginia Beach that gets some of this money. So sophie cancelled the Internet Initiative, but I am still getting billed apx 38.00 for not cancelling this service. I only found out about this today when I got my credit card statement. Even with the cancellation number they refuse to do anything about these charges.
