As I have read from others reporting Ivy Capital, I too have been scammed by them. I agreed to the 1.95 to have a CD sent with info and then when going thru my bank account found the charge of 39.90. I called 888-514-6023 and was answered by a recording directing me to 866-583-7789 or leave a message and someone would get back to me in 2-3 business day.

I called the second number and was answered by someone who I had a hard time understanding as she had a heavy accent. We had to keep repeating ourselves over and over again. I stated that I had authorized the 1.95 for the CD but still had not received anything. I stated that the 39.90 charge was not authorized and wanted a refund.

She stated that there is a 10 day cancellation policy and I should have responded to the email that was sent me. I do not recall seeing any email, so my guess is that it was in the junk mail and was deleted with all the rest.

I then asked that I be connected with her supervisor/mgr. She placed me on hold for approximately 10 mins and then came back and asked for my phone number and that someone would call me in 2-3 days. Objected to this and requested again to be connected with her mgr.

A gentleman came online after about 5 mins and he was of no help either. I asked for someone in the company that would listen to me and get the charges credited back to me and he stated he was the mgr and could not do anything because it was past the 10 days. After a few more minutes of back and forth he just hung up on me. When calling back received only a busy signal, so suspect they are very busy with other irate customers or have blocked my phone number from their database.

I will be taking the info from your website to my bank today and ask them for help in getting the charges reversed or cancel that card in order to prevent future charges from the Ivy Capital company.

Thanks for publishing the info about this fraudulent company, I only wish I had seen it first before giving out my bank info. I will definatly book mark your site for future referances.

I feel your pain on Ivy Capital

AUTHOR: Chandra - Erie (U.S.A.)

I just worked for this scam company for 2 days and had to quit as a result of their lack of direction. They are a scam, to anyone who thinks you are getting a refund...SORRY. To anyone that believes their awesome pitch about coaching you into getting some steller online business----don't believe it. Tell me, if someone has the secret to making millions online...do you really think they would share it for $39.90???

And to those of you who have invested thousands of dollars...I genuinely feel bad for you because you will never get an online business. But what I can help you with is their address and phone number. None of you will ever be able to get your money back because they are so "smart" with their clauses and "small print" that they protect themselves BUT if you have all of their correct information then maybe you can atleast attempt to contact some state agencies until someone realizes that 3 young, hustlers that own the company are driving around in Range Rovers, BMWs, and Burberry clothes from STEALING everyone's money. The coaches are supposed to be "mentors" that have had success with their online businesses. They really are in their twenties and work for $300 a week verses the commission percentage that they get from taking your "investment".

I am only writing this because I believe in honesty and integrity and I know people are out there are spending their last on some scam that they will never see a payout from. When you call the customer service office, they lie about their names so you cannot accurately file a complaint with any of the governing entities that would be able to help you in this situation. This really is horrible, the "CD" you get for the $1.95 is just a way to get your credit card number to charge you future "membership" fees to their "online university" which is really just some videos on supposed "success stories". To anyone out there...DON'T DO IT YOU MIGHT AS WELL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THROW IT IN THE GARBAGE INSTEAD OF MAKING THESE PEOPLE RICH. THEY JUST GET YOUR MONEY OVER AND OVER AGAIN TOO BECAUSE AFTER THEY TAKE THE THOUSANDS THEN THEY TRY TO "SET UP" YOUR LLC FOR YOU AND THAT COST A COUPLE GRAND TOO. PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE REPORTS...WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THESE PEOPLE WILL HAPPEN TO YOU TOO.
The good news is here is their address where their owners are. Their first names are Kyle, Steve, and Jon.
