I put a technical question to the tv experts on justanswer.com for a value of a capacitor. A reply came back quickly stating they had the answer for a fee, $17AuD. I paid it and did not get the answer but got the run around.I asked again for the value but did not get it. The expert then told me he did not have the answer and will opt out of the question and give it to another expert. I waited and heard nothing so I told them they were rip offs not experts(in other words) and I will instruct my bank to reverse the payment.I still have not got the answer to my question and they have closed the enquiry. I have not accepted the answer for payment to them as I did not get an answer. There should be laws to give refunds
