KICKFLIP INC., Gambit Kickflip Inc. Perplexed consumer seeks refund from company for purchase not known of by consumer until just recently. San Francisco, California

Back in September of 2009, this company, somehow, charged me for three purchase of their virtual currency.  I was unaware of this until just recently, when I was checking my PayPal history for refunds from another virtual currency company, one that had no problems giving me a refund.  When I was checking it, something told me to look deeper.  That's when I found these charges that, as far as I know, were totally unauthorized.  This company took money from my checking account, through PayPal.  PayPal did an investigation and said the charges looked like they came from my laptop, even though I don't recall doing business with this company or making the three purchases that they claim I made.  I tried getting in touch with them the day following finding out about the purchases, but they only sent one e-mail.  After that, every attempt to make contact was ignored.  I finally found a page that one of the co-owners made that lists Kickflip Inc./Gambit as one of his current projects to the present.  I have contacted the various agencies and such that I needed to, but I need to get my money back from these people.  I'm sick of waiting for action.  If they don't give it all back to me, I'm going to sue, and not just for the amount they took, but for mental anguish and emotional distress, and for internet fraud.
