Kodak Gallery customer service has been very difficult at resolving a matter I've brought to their attention.  In a letter titled "Letter To Our Customers", among other things, they stated that prints were now a lower price of 9 cents each.  Nowhere on the letter or the site does it say the price was for a limited time.

On Dec 13th, I placed an order for 200 pictures, and was charged 15 cents a piece.  Upon realizing the error, I reported the problem to the customer service department, and they then informed me that the 9 cent price was for a limited time, and had ended Dec 4th.

I informed them that the letter they had sent me stated 9 cents a print, and it did not indicate anywhere that the stated price would end; in fact, it implied they were permanently lowering the price. The letter stated "We have also reduced the price of our 4x6" prints to only 9 cents.  You get the same great Kodak quality you've come to know, but now at a lower price."  There was no asterisk in this statement, nor any small print stating the price was for a limited time.  Until this letter, prints were 10 cents, in addition to the $50 I pay a year to be a benefited member of their site.

I have sent them multiple emails back and forth, even writing to the attention of Victor Cho, the General Manager who wrote the letter I am referring to.  I also explained that the "Letter to Our Customers" that I referred to was still linked to their home page, and I could still access the "9 cent print" price they apparently falsely advertised in that letter.  Since I've written, they have finally, magically, removed that paragraph from the letter.

Fortunately, I still have the original letter.  I don't, however, know how to proceed any further, since I do not know how to prove the price listed in the letter was still accessible when I ordered the prints (let alone that it was still there weeks later).  I'm tired of being dismissed on this matter, and feel I've hit a brick wall with whomever I speak to via email.

Incidentally, the 9 cent print price was removed from the "Letter To Our Customers" after the last of my emails was sent, in which I informed them of my intent to report them to ripoff report for false advertising.
