hi am am going to tell you what happened .please forgive my spelling.in 2008 i used to play the game world of warcraft .in the begiening of 2008 i quit playiing.about 6 months later i decided to play agien.when i logged on to sescribe i realized my account was stolen .i called blizzard and reported it stolen.i got my account back .6 months after that i get emails from gamepay saying i have taken back a account that i sold them .i didnt sell them my account .the ip address used wasnt evan in my zipcode .the paypal account they sent the money too wasnt my account .i told them this and nuthing happened .then i get phone calles and letters from Kross, Lieberman & Stone, Inc.saying that i owe 3000 dollars for a account that the i didnt evan sell them that they only paid 150 dollers for .please help i dont know what to do .blizzard cant help gampal wont answer .and Kross, Lieberman & Stone, Inc just says im lying ..idk what to do how do i get this off my credit report

If in event you aren't at fault for this issue, then this issue will be cleared up upon replying to this department. Until then, no fraud was committed here as we have to comply with state law regulations which if we did violate and were committing fraud, our company would be shut down.

gamepal still refuses to admit that a mistake might have been made .Evan after a settlement off was made .currently in contact with them to resolve it .i will update and close as needed
