Do not feel hopeless against this scum and her
websites.  Here are a few ideas that I
have to help you and you do not need to use a lawyer for all of them, you can
do them all by yourself.

 

Contact the privacy advocate in the Federal and Local
government.  Breeching the Privacy Law is
a serious offence and there should be a local and federal government department
that can help you to get your daughters personal information back.

 

Contact her internet service provider.  This is the company that hosts the websites
and blogs.  I am sure that they do not
want to be implicated in any scam or extortion or any other criminal activity
that La Velle Goodwin is carrying out. 
Send them an email with a copy and link to the offending page.  You can find their contact information on the
internet.  The blog I think you are
referring to is the Opera Blog that is named Cheatauworld.  Opera’s contact information is at the

The website service provider is Web Savvy Labs and the

Get a Legal Aid lawyer. 
In the United States
where I live we have programs called legal aid or legal assistance.  Search the internet for a similar program
where you live.  Child predator defense
should be a covered area for a legal aid lawyer. 

 

Do not use your real identity except with your lawyer.  It appears that La Velle Goodwin does not
have a problem with posting and slandering any ones name and information on her
internet sites and blogs.  It appears
that she will use even innocent children to further her scam so she will most
likely move your child to the front page if she knows your identity.  You will want to minimize the number of times
you or your daughters name is used so Goodwin does not post anonymous comments
with her name in revenge.  This is a
tactic that scum like her that prey on children commonly use.

I am beside myself.  There was a similar situation in the US where an adult posted information about a minor on the web.  The minor eventually committed suicide because of the adult.  Google cyber bully, mom, suicide to read this tragic story.  You need to sit your daughter down and talk to her and explain that people like LaVelle Goodwin are cruel and selfish.  They do things that hurt others and have no remorse or morals.  They are not God fearing people and are only interested in their own greed.  But thank goodness they are the very small minority that preys on the innocent and those that cannot fight back.  Make sure your daughter is strong and knows that she has many people out there that are going to help her.  Don’t let her friends bully her but most of all make sure she knows that you love her, value her and that she is not alone.  These people that use children are the lowest form of life.  My wish is that we all join together and expose these devils and their immoral tactics.  There is a quote that LaVelle Goodwin needs to read.  US Attorney Thomas P. O’Brien commented on the case “Any adult who uses the internet or a social gathering website to bully or harass another person, particularly a young teenage girl, needs to realize that their actions can have serious consequences.”

If not, why not simply contact me and ask me to remove your daughter's picture?

The reason you did not do that is because your motive in
posting this has nothing to do with your daughter (you probably don't have
one). It has to do with trying to discredit me because my website and
blog expose the scam. And it is VERY effective.

The truth is that there is no personal information about
the people who work for Chateau World on the blog - just the picture.

Anyone can go to the blog and see for themselves.

Further, the people whose pictures have been put there
have all identified themselves as working for Chateau World on Facebook and
made that information publicly available. If it was something she did not want
known, she should not have posted it to the public domain.

If people don't want others to think they are scammers,
then they should work somewhere that is not scamming people.

Your focus was clearly an effort to discredit me and that is all...
which any intellegent people will see.

Sorry- i had to respond to that last comment... Wow, how did they know it was the Cheatauworld blog? These people are not the sharpest crayons in the box.

Just so we are all clear, when a person puts their information on Facebook, they have the option of making their information private. When people fail to do that, they choose to place themselves and their personal information in the public domain. They are essentially saying "this is not a secret and I don't care who knows these things about me"

How did I find the name and picture? How did I know she (assuming there is a daughter here and you are not simply one of the scammers at Chateau World who wants to try and scare me into removing your own picture from my blog) worked for Chateau World?

Because, it was posted to the public domain. It was given away. I did not steal anything.

What will become very clear very quickly is that I am providing a public service, free of charge to protect consumers from the fraudulent activities of Andre Muran and his travel club scams. These are Chateau World, Royal Club International, Elevations Resort etc.

You people need to learn to fight fire with fire.  Expose Lavelle Goodwin and co. to the entire world.  Prove that she is the lowest form of life that preys on children for her own gain.  Prove that she has taken advantage of innocent people by spreading lies and slander.  Scream it out to the world.  That is the language that bullies like Lavelle Goodwin and co. understands.  When she is putting your daughters picture on the internet then you need to put her picture on the internet.  When she is creating a blog or internet web site spreading lies and slander about you then you need to post a blog or internet web site exposing her devious behavior.  But as tempting as it is do not drop to her level by spreading lies like she does.  There is plenty of information about Lavelle Goodwin that is easily found and proves that she is spreading lies and misinformation for her own personal gain and that of her cohorts.  Stop being the victim and expose Lavelle Goodwin and co. as the scammers they really are.  I will start by posting these links to the other Lavelle Goodwin and co. scam information postings that I have found by doing a simple search on Yahoo and Google.  I will also post this message to as many internet web sites.  Stop being a victim and get proactive.  Do not expect anyone to help you if you do not help yourselves.

OK, first of all, the only pictures on my CHEATauWorld.ca website are of Andre Muran and Theodore Muran. So, you are lying right off the top.

What you are referring to is my blog, and there are no children on it- they are all old enough to work for Chateau World and Andre Muran- who is absolutely a scammer and all of the Chateau World employees know they are operating a scam... they are all accomplished liars.
