Legal Affidavit For US National Bank Payday Loan Scam Van Nuys California

On August 8th 2008 I returned for a meeting and checked my company e-mail to find a e-mail about Legal Affidavit and a phone number of (818)530-1886 and a name of a Tracy Clark and it was listed as a emgerency our at least that is what my employer was told So I called the number and a man answered would not tell me who he was and what it was about and he started reading something and when I asked again what it was about I was told to shut up and when he was done reading me the Affidavit he would tell what it was about.

I was told that I had gotten a Payday loan from a U.S. National Bank in the amount of 1.000 dollars and since I had not paid it back it was now in the amount of 1.400 dollars. What really made me the most upset was this man new my bank account number my name address work number and that really made me mad .

I was told that I was going to be arrested at 11am tomorrow. I worked in Law Enforcement for sixteen years and new that something was up with this so I came home pulled all of my bank statements called the number back asked for the name and address of the company and they would not give it to me then I got a Lady the one who is Tracy Clark she asked me th fax her my bank statement so she could research the matter no way. I did file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General Office
