Mamabear's Baby Boutique Arielle Adelia Jewelry Internet scam.. No response from website... Never received what I ordered.. Rip-off! Internet

I ordered a "Story of ME" baby memory book on August 22, 2009 from the website www.mymamabear.com and my account was charged $89.90 on August 25, 2009. On Mamabear's website it does say that it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery of this item, but it has been almost 3 months and I never received the book.

There is limited information on how to contact the seller. The phone number listed on the site (6784771440) says that it is "not a working number". I emailed the seller 3-5 times to ask about the status of my order, and never got a response. There is an area on the website to let you track your order, and it has said the order is "processing" since the day I ordered the book.

I even had to call my bank to dispute the charge on my account since I still have not received the book, and the bank gave me a phone number (7705952500) that was listed for the seller. That number also gave me no results. Luckily my bank did let me dispute the charge and I did get my money back.

From my research I believe that the seller's name is Amanda Paremore, and she also has another website: www.arielleadeliajewelry.com.  Both the websites look very professional and real, but if you look them up on the Better Business Beaureau you will see that they have a bad reputation.  I have also filed a report with the BBB, and I would encourage others to do so as well.  

I would just like for future buyer's to be able to know that this is not a reputable website to purchase from.  And also be sure to do your research before buying over the internet.  I just wish I had looked them up before I bought anything.. Lesson learned.
