i have been taken by this co. 5 times bank does not want too help, nobody seems to be able to do anything to these people. I am going to try this www.ftc.gov concumer protection and 858-453-6105 FTC. internet checks no sig. required. newdominion bank 053012682 2010890 . Please help me shut them down !! the ck.# amount and dates #30000 $99.75 6/23/07, #800 $59.85 8/23/07, #1018 $39.90 9/13/07, #1026 $19.95 9/21/07, and #1036 $59.85 10/9/07. Also i live out side the state that my bank is in ,240 miles away, but they will not do anything over the phone. So i have to drive down to talk to them. I have called my bank 5 times on this matter with no outcome! You would think that a bank would want to figure out ,what is going on, but my bank does not!! I have read over peoples reports and some say their banks was right on it and gave the money back to them, but over banks did nothing!! so you tell me what is up with our banking sys. are they part of it. They get their money plus overdraft fee's.Good for them bad for us!!!
