I noticed a fraudulant charge on my account. I tried contacting the company by phone and every time I called I would sit on the phone for about 20 mins. and then the phone would just disconnect. I then sent this E-mail. ( On  1/04/2010 I was erroneously charged $89.82. I did not receive nor did I order any product from your company at this time. I have contacted my financial institution's fraud investigation department. They are investigating the theft from my account. I have repeatedly called your customer care numbers to no avail. The phone lines are obviously unmanned. After being on hold for 20 minutes the line just disengages. I would expect to hear from you in a timely manner. I am including a copy of my monthly statement  with the erroneous charge. my original order number was 18248 and the order date was 11/20/2009. My cancellation  confirmation number was 28943) . I sent the E-mail on 1-11-10. They contacted me on 1-18-10. The money was credited on 1-20-10. I think you just have to let them know you will pursue the matter to the fullest extent. Let them know you will not accept  any outcome other than a full refund.
