Meyrocorp Or Cure-soft Meyrocorp or Cure-Soft Rip Off - Fake VIRUS PROTECTION Internet

November 30th, 2008 my computer started receiving pop ups that my systems virua program was outdated and a threat to my harddrive. It also stated that the virus would be able to take financial and personal information if I did not download an updated program

So I downloaded the Lifetime AntiVirus Plus Program for $102.26 The money was deducted from my bank account the next day. Even though they stated on their conformation e-mail that it would be within the next 5 days.

The program operated as expected for several months until recently. The end of May 2009 I started receiving pop ups to update the program and delete trojans that were detected.

Now I followed the prompts and did as requested but the pop ups kept coming. Now three days later it is June 128th 2009 and the program has vanished. There is no digital finger print of it on my computer. it is like the program deleted itself.

But in its place is a new program called "System Securoty 4.51". The are now telling me the same thing I was told a little over a year ago. Now I find this highly suspect. Especially when I tried to contact the Antivirus customer support at the same e-mail my conformation came from ( support@plus-antivirus.com) to let them know of the problem and e-mail was no longer valid.

I retain meticulous records adn have proof of the amount I paid by keeping the comformation e-mail and printing it as well. I also retain my bacnk account records and have the person the withdrawal was made to. I want an answer to why this company is not locatable or I want a refund.
