I ordered the $1.00 free trial from mineral elements by eden, then cancelled my membership to avoid the increased cost of shipments. They did not tell me at the time of cancellation that I needed to return the make-up. Then I was charged for $130.41 dollars. I have contacted them, and am planning to put a hold on my bank account to keep them from withdrawing more money, since the fine print says I'm still a member.
I tried to get an "RMA#" (required to get a refund on a return), but when I clicked the button to "Get my RMA#", there was only blank space. As such, I cannot truly cancel my membership, nor can I get my money back.

My story is exactly likke yours.I had to get a new credit /Debit card.the kit i received is worth less than ten dollars.Every story i have read is the same as ours.I am on Disabilty and that money they stold from me was going to be used for my grandchildrens christmas presents.I had just lost my mother and i am still grieving.I also could not get an RMA number.I was in shock when i seen $131.41 dollars off my card.They have the most complaints by the BBB. I wish everyone who got ripped off by this company contact the BBB. the BBB is still waiting for a response from this company.I hope i get my money back from this so called free trial place.Im sure there alot more people like us out there and wish they would take action against this company.A class action suit is what they deserve for all the problems they caused consumers.
