neteller.com WITHDRAWING IS A JOKE Internet

I would just like to say that trying to withdraw money from neteller has been one big joke, I have been waiting for a neteller+ card forever after my documents being denied about 3 times, I do have a pin no. though, useless as it may be, but my card was apparently sent out 5 days before the pin. I called neteller up and enquired about a money wire to my bank, I had spoken to them on the phone a few months earlier about a money wire and was just told it was possible not that I now had to send in another copy of my bank statement and would now have to wait another 10 days for the money, I have been going through this withdrawal process for over 3 mths now, Its my money and I want it now! they dont take 3 mths to accept the deposits!
I AM ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THAT HOPES TO SEE HER MONEY BEFORE XMAS!
