Odyssey Streaming Radio Would not respond to inquiries I made in reference to identity theft. Tenafly New Jersey

Below is a copy of a letter that I have faxed and e-mailed to Odyssey Streaming Radio as of December 8, 2008. As of today I have not received any response from this company. I will be sending this letter certified December 29, 2008.

In my opinion, people must be aware of unauthorized charges to their phone bills which was a result of identity theft.

RE: Identity Theft

Dear Security Personnel:

On December 8, 2008 approximately 10:08 am Betty, employee # 3029 contacted me by phone to verify an account that I supposedly created. She was immediately informed that I had no such account and informed her that an identity theft has occurred.

Shortly thereafter, approximately 10:30 am I contacted your company and spoke with customer service to an Angela and inquired when this fictitious account was created. She informed me that the account was created on December 8, 2008 at approximately 9:27 am.

This incident was immediately reported to the Humboldt County Sheriff's Department to a deputy Kevin Malone. An incident report was filed with Humboldt County Sheriff's Department incident number 0812001302.

I am requesting your cooperation in providing me with IP addresses, web logs, etc. that may aid in this investigation on locating the individual(s) to whom have stolen my identity.
