Onrebate.com Another failure to send rebate Miami Internet

This is another, run-of-the-mill complaint against onrebate.com. They haven't claimed anything is wrong with my forms, just that they're "still processing" claims from May 2007 (as of a month ago). Further emails were ignored.
it's been long past the 8 week limit, and even longer past the 3-5 business day turnaround that i paid an extra couple of dollars for, a service that they claimed they "discontinued just before I signed up for it", and that "the website hadn't reflected the change yet". Oddly enough, I looked at the site today and they're still offering the 5 business day "no wait" rebates that they said they'd discontinued.
I'm really just putting this up because I know that tigerdirect.com and onrebate.com monitor these sites, and I'm hoping to produce results. waiting this long and having them not even confirm that they're processing my claim is ridiculous. I'll be filing a complaint with the FTC if I don't have this sorted by the end of the week.
