I was added $14.95 a month to my phone bill, company did not even know my name prior to me giving them my information in attempt for refund of months of charges for a service I never signed up for. If you even type in Orbit Telecom in google search you will find tons of complaints. I tried to get a full refund. Originally they said they would only refund $14.95 once I told them I was going to complain to the FCC they said they would give me a full refund. I still have not received a full refund.

You can fight back by FCC complaint and notify your Public Utility Commission for your State. The FCC has a download at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
